Availability:
Gîtes are available from 5 pm on the day of arrival; the renting period typically starts and ends on Saturdays.The gîtes are to be vacated on the last morning by 10 am, in good order. A cleaning fee will be charged.
Low and middele season:
Long weekend, mid-week and Weekend arrangements are possible during the low and middel season. Longweekend arrangements include a three-night stay, starting on Fridays at 12 am, ending on Monday afternoon at 17.00 pm. Mid-week arrangements start on Mondays and end the following Tuesay at 17.00 pm. Weekend arrangements start on friday and end on sunday at 17.00 pm.
Animals:
Gentle and well obeing animals (who are kept on a liche once outside) for wich reservations are made beforehand are admitted (if not agreed upon by reservation beforehand, animals will not be admitted!). A 3 euro fee per animal per day is to be payed.

! Animals (bred / trained) for hunting or fighting are not allowed on the premises !
Deposit:
A 150 euro deposit is to be payed in advance per gite. Within 10 days after leaving it will be repayed in full into your acount if you left everything behind complete and in good order. If not, the deposit money may be (partly) retained.
Bedclothes
Blankets ans pillows are available in the gîtes. Sheets, towels and kitchen linen are not included. They are available on request: Sets of sheets for 5euro pp; Set of towels for 5 euro pp; A kitchenset including kitchen linen and dishwashingliquid for 5 euro.
Reservations and payment
Reservations can be made by telephone or e-mail. We will send you a contract by e-mail with the details of the reservation, payment and conditions. You can then conclude the reservation by paying the money plus the deposit within 10 days into our account. On receiving the payment the reservation will be considered final, and you will receive notice of this by e-mail.
Reservations from 10 weeks or less before the intended period should be payed immediately.
In case of delays of payment we preserve the right to consider the reservation as void, and to rent the accomodation to other parties.
Cancelations:
If you cancel the reservation more than 10 weeks before arrival we will refund 50% of rent and deposit.
After that we will refund only the deposit. We advise you to take out a travel and cancelation insurance.
