Availability:
Gîtes are available from 5 pm on the day of arrival; the renting period typically starts and ends on Saturdays.
The gîtes are to be vacated on the last morning by 10.30 am, sweepclean and in good order (rubbisch and empty glass taken out to the correspondig containers etc)
A cleaning fee will be charged.
Shortstay arrangements (low and middle season) :
WE Weekend arrangements (2 nights) start on friday at 5 pm and end on sunday at 3 pm.
LWE Longweekend arrangements include a 3night stay, starting on Fridays at 5 pm, ending on Monday at 10.30 am.
MW Mid-week arrangements include a 4 night stay, start on Mondays 5 pm and end the following friday at 10.30 am.
Animals:
Gentle and well obeing animals (kept on a liche) for wich reservations are granted beforehand, are admitted (note if not agreed upon by reservation beforehand, animals will not be admitted!).
A 10euro fee per animal per day/ 27,- per week, is to be payed.

Deposit:
A €150,- deposit per gite is to be payed at arrival. Within 10 days after leaving it will be repayed in full into your account if everything is left behind complete and in good order. If not, the deposit money may be (partly) retained.
Bedclothes
Blankets and pillows are available in the gîtes. Sheets, towels and kitchen linen are not included. can be rented on request: Sets of sheets, towels and/ or kitchen linnen can be rented on request.
Reservations and payment
Reservations can be made by telephone or e-mail. We will send you a contract by e-mail with the details of the reservation, payment and conditions. You can then conclude the reservation by sending the contract and paying the downpayment within 4 days into our account. On receiving contract and payment the reservation will be considered final, and you will receive notice of this by e-mail. In case of delays of payment we preserve the right to consider the reservation as void, and to rent the accomodation to other parties.
Rescheduling/ Cancelations:
If you can not attend on the dates of the reservation, we can try to find dates that suit you better.
If you need to cancel the reservation a 20E fee will be charged. And from 12 weeks before the set date the down-payment is due. From 4 weeks before the date of reservation, the full amount is due.
If we have to cancel, we will refund the full amount.
We advice taking a cancellation assurance.
