Availability:
The rooms are available from 5 pm. The recommended arrival time is between 5 and 6 pm.
If you risk to arrive later, please contact us. (reception closes at 9pm)
Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.
Table d'hôte: (on reservation beforehand)
Breakfast is included in the room rate (served on appointment between 8 and 9 am)
Dinner is served around 7.30 pm
Sandwiches/pick-nicks on reservation beforehand ready to take away in the morning (on appointment)
On certain evenings, for organisational reasons, we can not propose a diner at the table d’hôtes (typically on thursday evenings)
NB. We are happy to respect as well as possible your dietary wishes if clearly indicated beforehand (!)
We may not always be able to meet all specific requests and constraints. Thank you for your understanding.
Booked meals and services will always be charged.
Payment on site: cash, cheque, direct bank transfer (or in advance), sum-up* (* + 2% fee)
Non-smoking: all premises are non-smoking. Smokers are kindly asked to smoke outside and always to carry a pocket ashtray (and never to throw butts on the ground) Very important with regards to the prevention of fire hazards and also out of respect for nature.
Animals : NB. No pets allowed in La Suite Donzel !
Our friends the animals (friendly, obedient and kept on a leach) may be admitted but only on agreement in advance and in certain places only.
Pet allowance 10 euro per day / 27 euro per week.
Pets are not admitted the dining room and other shared spaces and never allowed on beds or sofa’s
of course.
Reservation :
You can make a reservation by phone or by e-mail. We will send you a contract with an invoice which you must send back to us within 4 days. At this point we will send you a final confirmation and (only then) your reservation is complete. If you do not confirm in time, we are entitled to re-let the room.
Rescheduling/ Cancellation:
If you can not attend on the dates of the reservation, we can try to find another date that suits you better. If you need to cancel the reservation a 20E fee will be charged. And from 12 weeks before the set date the down-payment is due. From 4 weeks before the date of reservation, the full amount is due.
If we have to cancel, we will refund the full amount.
